How To Light Your Smudge

Use a lighter to apply flame to your sage bundle, smudging herb or palo santo stick. Keep the tip lit for at least thirty seconds. Letting it burn longer is often better. Blow out the flame and begin smudging. 

Cleanse And Refresh

Distribute the smoke around your self, your space or objects to cleanse negative energy.

You can use a feather or smudge fan to help spread the smoke and enhance the cleansing effect. Take this opportunity to set a new intention and start fresh!

Use A Smudge Dish

After smudging place your smudge stick in a fire safe container such as our Crescent Moon Smudge Dish. IMPORTANT - never leave a smudge stick burning unattended. Fully extinguish before leaving the area.
